BIO
Jack works across a number of projects at the ODI to develop, test and communicate policy related to data and technology.

Jack joined the ODI in July 2014 and has delivered advisory projects with startup, multinational corporate and government clients. As a coauthor of Open Enterprise, Open Data Means Business and a number of other ODI reports, he has helped to develop the evidence base for the economic, societal and environmental impact of open data.

Jack graduated with a BSc in Economics and Management Sciences, focusing on macroeconomic policy and scientific decision-making. He has previously worked in the UK, Asia and Africa.
