BIO
Mrs Kirsi Pulkamo serves as Head of Department in Finnish Transport Safety Agency (Trafi), where her responsibilities include information services and statistics, traffic analysis, mobility innovations and R&D. She has nearly a decade of experience concerning data disclosure, open data, data protection and data management.

Authorities’ role is to provide register data as extensively and easily as possible while maintaining citizens’ trust in information. Kirsi is excited to be a part of creating new public digital services and enabling novel data based transport services and business.
