He’s a Community Manager in Open Knowledge Finland where he promotes Responsive Organizations and Design for Data (applying Service Design to uncover human needs and priorities related to data issues). Being a boundary-spanning neo-generalist, Mikael operates at the intersections of Service Design, Social Technology, Systems Thinking and Complexity Management.
