Session practicalities

Please submit the necessary details about the session via the form below by August 24th
  • Find all sessions here: mydata2018.org/schedule
  • Standard layout:
    - Main Stage & Alvar has auditorium layout with fixed seating, all other spaces have more flexibility to arrange tables and chairs.
    - All rooms have a projector, a screen and a microphone.

    PS! We will try to set up the room as wished, but as a Session Moderator, please be at the session location 10-15 minutes before the session starts in order to check if everything is alright!
  • As there might be several presentations during one session, please note for which presenter are those needed:
    Presenter 1: (Necessary stationary and other tools);
    Presenter 2: (Necessary stationary and other tools)

    Please indicate if you have more than one presenter on stage at a given time, so you would need more than one microphone for your session!
  • Please use only these file formats: jpg, gif, png, pdf
    If the printout file is not ready yet, please send it to sille@mydata.org separately by August 27th
