A digital rights activist for the last ten years, since the founding of the Finnish Pirate Party, of which he’s still a member. Currently a board member at Open Knowledge Finland and Electronic Frontier Finland and Vice Chair of ICANN’s Not-for-profit Organizations’ Constituency. Leading a New Digital Rights MOOC project that initially aims to explain the biggest changes in GDPR to citizens. The project is funded by the Internet Society and the Finnish foreign ministry.
