BIO
Hervé Groléas joined Greater Lyon in 2005 (1.3 M residents). As a CIO he led the merge of the information system of two local governments. He raised the ICT to a public policy and moved the IT system department to the development department. He now develops the digital government and smart city through digital planning, data governance and the advent of a “digital living environment”.
